The white is dry embossed with diamonds and set against a large scallop die attached with two silver brads.
This was a good example of somethings that were designed on the fly. The large scallop was cut too small which is why the left side is smooth. The blade on my paper cutter is getting dull and snags on my white paper so I tried to distress the edges to camouflage it. I went a bit too far and took out the bottom left corner! I think it adds some "ruggedness" if even accidentally.
